Housing Payment Plan Option
Going to college can be challenging, paying for 住房 shouldn't be. Housing at 澳门新普京注册 wants to make it easier on students to pay their bills and is proud to offer a 住房 payment plan to offset any outstanding balances for those that meet the following criteria:
- Have a 2023 - 2024 Housing contract*
- Has a 住房 balance due after aid has been applied to your student account
Students can sign up via their student 房地产门户网站.
*If you've already completed your 住房 contract, you can apply for this option on the application summary page through the 房地产门户网站.
请注意, students cannot participate in the 住房 payment plan and the Nelnet payment plan at the same time. Students will need to choose one or the other plan. Students cannot participate in the 住房 payment plan if they have a prior term balance.

First-Year Residence Requirements
All first-year students at 澳门新普京注册 are required to live on campus unless they are eligible for exemption via the residency waiver. The First-Year Residency Requirement is fulfilled by living on campus in the residence halls listed within this booklet. Read more about the residency requirements and eligibility for exemption.

设施
All units within 澳门新普京注册 住房 provide individual Ethernet lines, wireless connections and cable TV. Each residential unit has access to a refrigerator and microwave. Laundry facilities are available in all buildings, and are free to use for all on-campus residents. Each student room assignment is supplied with one twin XL bed, desk, dresser and wardrobe or closet.

The residential experience for any student while enrolled at 澳门新普京注册 is an instrumental part of their academic experience. We implement a curriculum approach that aligns with the University strategic plan that offers support for student resident success and creates a community of engaged citizens and learners as our educational priority.
